SCANDIA TOWNHOMES

North Capital Hill, Seattle

 

Built in 1964 and situated on North Capitol Hill, Scandia Townhomes are a combination of both townhomes and flats – consisting of three townhomes at grade and two flats on top. The West most apartment is a 1,000 square foot penthouse with views of Lake Union.

 

Our renovations included a new building facade for better street appeal and the renovation of five apartment units.  We built a new open-joint siding facade over the existing siding using a state of the art moisture barrier and a combination of Hardie panels and renewable hardwood siding.  The interiors were improved with new wood flooring, granite counter tops, appliances, paint, water saving fixtures, LED lighting and 3' base trim.
