MILLER PARK FLATS
Madison Valley, Seattle
Madison Valley is a growing Seattle neighborhood comprised of predominantly higher-income urban singles and couples. In the heart of this sought after community is Miller Park Flats – a formerly 6 unit apartment building built in 1991 that was expanded to 7 units during our renovation. It has six two bedrooms, and one three bedroom, all with beautiful views of Mt. Rainier and Lake Washington.
The neighborhood is well known for its flair. Including award-winning restaurants, spectacular nightlife, walk-ability, a sense of community, and prominent business district along East Madison. It is within reasonable proximity to the University of Washington and has excellent transit access to significant parts of the city.
